How time is managed:

  • Maddie operates as your Chief Marketing Officer and strategic partner, not by the hour.

  • No hourly tracking is done for:

    • Team management

    • Client calls or text communication

    • Email communication

    • Strategy, planning, or internal direction

  • The only hours Maddie personally tracks:

    • ✳️ Laser-Focus Call (1 hour each month)

    • ✳️ On-Set Time (any shoot Maddie attends)

What this means:
Your retainer covers Maddie’s full oversight, leadership, and communication — allowing her to move fluidly as your CMO. The hours in your package are used by the team for executing your deliverables and agreed-upon projects. Additional calls/texting communication with Maddie is INCLUDED in your package without further charges.

À La Carte Clients

How time is managed:

  • Maddie’s time is fully tracked for all active work, including:

    • ✅ Oversight & project management

    • ✅ Team direction and implementation

    • ✅ Editing and creative production

    • ✅ Shoot time (on-site or virtual)

  • All tracked time is logged to ensure full transparency and efficiency with your purchased hours.

What this means:
Every minute spent in active creation, management, or delivery is accounted for — giving you clear visibility into how your à la carte hours are utilized.
